Northampton Community College’s Hospitality Management Program HOSP130 Convention Services & Catering Class met weekly this past spring semester, following all COVID-19 safety protocols, in NCC’s Fowler Family Southside Center. Taught by Professor Rebecca Heid, the students learned how to correctly set up a bar for catered events as well as buffet table settings. The program fosters teamwork, professionalism, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

The six students had the opportunity to meet with clients via zoom to experience the client/catering manager relationship.
