A recent report by the PennEnvironment Research and Policy Center, America’s Top Colleges for Renewable Energy 2020, showed that Pennsylvania’s colleges and universities are leading the charge to implement solutions to reduce their carbon footprint and help reduce impact on the environment. NCC was recognized for supplying 100% of its electricity with renewable energy.

David Masur, executive director of PennEnvironment, and NCC President Dr. Marke Erickson, shared their views in Pocono Record’s My Turn column on how leadership is not only critical in setting a path to a renewable energy future, but also in drastically lowering air pollution emissions.
