Congratulations to Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Tau Gamma chapter on the Northampton Community College (NCC) Bethlehem campus. These dedicated advisors and students have earned recognition at both the regional and national levels. “Our students have a lot to celebrate. Their resilience and servant leadership are an inspiration to all of us that have the pleasure of working with them,” said Jennifer Del Quadro, advisor for the Tau Gamma Chapter.

PTK is an honor society that recognizes and encourages the academic achievement of two-year college students and provides opportunities for individual growth and development through participation in honors, leadership, service, and fellowship programming. Every year PTK holds events to celebrate students, chapters, and advisors for their contributions to their college and community. This year, the Middle States Regional Convention was held virtually March 18 – 20 and Phi Theta Kappa International Catalyst Convention, held virtually April 8 – 10. Tau Gamma was awarded the #1 Most Distinguished chapter in the Middle States Region out of 86 chapters. At the International Catalyst Convention, they were awarded the Beta Alpha Continued Excellence Award, given to chapters who have been in the top 50 chapters for three years consecutively.

NCC applauds the Tau Gamma chapter on their wonderful accolades and takes pride in these remarkable students.
