Make Your Own Vietnamese Spring Rolls – Fowler Campus
March 24 @ 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT

Make Your Own Vietnamese Spring Rolls!
Have you tried yummy and refreshing Vietnamese Spring Rolls? Come for a cultural food tasting event hosted by Chef Char from Sodexo, Gina Turner from NCC’s DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Office, and the newly founded NCC APAC (Asian Pacific American Caucus) group. Did we mention that you get to make your own Spring Rolls too? Vegetarian version is also available.
The Asian Pacific American Caucus (APAC) is a voluntary group of faculty and staff across NCC’s campuses who are dedicated to promoting the success of students, faculty, and staff of Asian Pacific Islander (API) descent. Our mission is to celebrate API diversity, foster community, provide support and advocacy for API members of NCC’s community, and raise awareness about API issues and experiences. All faculty and staff, full-time and part-time, are welcome.
Call for all NCC students: If you are interested in forming an API student club, whether it’s in-person at one or more of our campuses or virtual, please contact one of the APAC members or come support our events, we will connect you with other interested students!
