Kintsugi Workshop SP2023 – Bethlehem Campus

February 3 @ 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST

A Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Art Therapist, Ariane Medero is holding a Kintsugi workshop for the purpose of reducing stress and creating something beautiful and resilient with broken potteries.-What is Kintsugi?Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold — built on the idea that in embracing flaws and imperfections, you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art.Using this as a metaphor for healing ourselves teaches us an important lesson: Sometimes in the process of repairing things that have broken, we actually create something more unique, beautiful and resilient.Limited SeatsRegister today and save your spot in ahead of time. https://www.nccjapanart.org/event-details/kintsugi-workshop-InstructorAriane Medero is a Licensed Professional who specializes in using creative arts therapy and supportive counseling techniques to assist students to cope with grief and loss, stress, adjustment, and a variety of personal life challenges.
