Upon graduation, I worked at The Philadelphia Cricket Club for five years as their Pastry Chef and eventually Kitchen Manager. I then moved on to The Blue Bell Inn as their Pastry Chef for one year before coming to NCC. I love being a part of the culinary program and working with students every day! I loved being in culinary school and all my teachers had such an impact on me, I hope that I can make a similar impact on our students. I love baking and creating new desserts, but I also love cooking! I make a mean salmon! I've learned a lot in my years in the kitchen, but I learn new things every day.
